Planning Your Journey
Some guests will travel internationally while others will travel locally within the United Kingdom or Uganda as applicable. We will keep this page updated with the most useful travel, accommodation and local transport information as we know more. Please feel free to reach out for any assistance or clarifications.
United Kingdom Celebration
Court Wedding guests will receive venue-specific guidance once the final location is confirmed, including recommended transport routes and parking.
Travelling to Uganda
International guests flying to Uganda should allow time for flight planning and any applicable entry requirements, e.g. visas. Airport, transfer and recommended arrival guidance will be added as we know more, closer to the date.
Travelling Within Uganda
Local transport, venue access and recommended accommodation areas will be shared for guests attending the Traditional and White Wedding celebrations.
Accommodation
Recommended hotels and other accommodation options will be added once venue areas are confirmed. We plan to include options across different budgets and practical guidance on distance from the celebration venues.
Before You Book
If your attendance is still awaiting confirmation, we recommend waiting for your invitation code and celebration details before making event-specific bookings.
